Guardian Angels Personal Care is currently seeking CNA's and Caregivers to provide personal care to our clients. Salary is dependent on training and experience, as well as level of care provided. Applicants must be able to pass a background check.

Hiring Protocol:
- Receive from applicant:
- Completed application
- Résumé
- Reference checks are conducted (prior to being interviewed):
- Three previous employers/professional references
- Three personal references
- Applications with completed reference checks are forwarded to the hiring committee where they are reviewed and a decision is made as to whether or not to contact the applicant for an interview. If references are favorable, the applicant will be contacted to schedule an interview.
- During interviews, caregiver applicants will take a written skills test. (In the event that the applicant does not pass the test, we will arrange for further training should we choose to hire the applicant.)
- Applicants who attend an interview will bring all of the following to the interview:
- Social Security card
- Valid driver's license or government-issued identification
- Auto registration and current auto insurance
- Documentation of current negative TB test (if applicable)
- Current First Aid & CPR Certifications and any other related certifications (if applicable)
- After the interview is conducted, the hiring committee will discuss the application, and the applicant will be contacted if approved for hire and provided an employee packet.
